Important Message to Our Empire Psychiatric Services Community regarding COVID-19 Precautions.
EMPIRE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES ( PANICFREENY) IS COMMITTED TO YOUR WELL-BEING AND THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. WE WILL REMAIN BY YOUR SIDE AS YOUR TRUSTED MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDERS.
Your physical health is as important to us as your mental health, and in account of the COVID-19/ CoronaVirus outbreak directly affecting our community, Empire Psychiatric Services has elected to provide all services via Telehealth for the next two weeks. This will affect all in-person appointments scheduled between 3/16/2020 through 3/27/2020 only in the fact that your appointments will be via video call using a HIPAA Compliant program, Doxy.me. Insurances in New York have elected to cover Telehealth services for all members and standard mental health copays will apply. This decision was not made lightly and it is meant to lessen the risk of virus outbreak passed to our patients. We can only guarantee your scheduled appointment time, however our administrative staff will do everything possible to support your schedule changes.
If you are a new client, a member of our administrative staff will be in touch with you prior to your appointment to collect needed demographic and history information your provider will need to review prior to your appointment.

(www.cdc.gov) and reach out to your primary care physician with any concerning symptoms. We thank you for your continued support and understanding as the current situation rapidly evolves.
